2. Location & Directions to Snow World Exchange your ticket at the ticket office → Board the Untan Godo Cable Car (Mountain) at the 3rd floor boarding area of Ski House → Get off at Mountain Hub to enjoy Snow World → Return to Mountain Ski House using the same cable car

3. Main Attractions & Amenities

• Rafting & Family Sled: Rafting Sled (200m) / Family Sled (180m, max 6 people per sled) / Tube Sled (70m slope, 1 person per sled)

• Ice & Rotating Sled: Traditional ice sledding under a transparent dome, Rotating Sled

• Snow Playground: Igloo, mini sledding area, snow hill, and other fun spaces for kids

• Amenities: Observatory, food zone, snack bar (ramen, hot bars, beverages, etc.)

4. Helmet Policy Helmets are mandatory when using the sleds — Available for rental at the Mountain Hub ticket check-in counter

5. Ticket Validity Each ticket is valid only within its specified validity period and cannot be used once expired.

6. Re-entry Policy Snow World admission is valid for single-entry only (re-entry is not permitted once you come down)!

7. Operating Hours & Season

• Operating Hours: 10:00 – 16:00

• Operating Season: December 25, 2026 – February 28, 2027 (Winter season only)

  • Note: Operating hours, dates, and facility availability are subject to change depending on snowfall, weather conditions, and resort circumstances.

Cable Car Coverage

• Includes Mountain Ski House ↔ Mountain Hub section only

• Additional fees apply when traveling beyond Mountain Hub (High1 Top peak)

• Snow World admission is valid for single-entry only (re-entry is not permitted after leaving)

Eligibility / Restrictions

• Age Requirement: Ages 2 to 64 (Children under 2 years old are allowed entry only; sledding is not permitted)

• Preschool children must be accompanied by a ticket-holding guardian

• Tandem riding on single-person sleds (e.g., tube sleds) is strictly prohibited

• Entry may be restricted for pets, individuals wearing dress shoes, slippers, or ski boots, carrying ski/snowboard equipment, intoxicated individuals, or pregnant women

Other Terms

• If cable car operations are suspended due to severe weather, Snow World operations may also be suspended

• We are not responsible for accidents caused by failure to follow safety instructions; please follow the on-site staff's guidance

• Lost tickets cannot be reissued
